What “private shuttle” means on this website
The shuttle collection offers one vehicle for your own group, with up to six guests according to the selected route. It is not a seat on a shared bus and is not represented as a complimentary hotel service. The fare is shown per vehicle.
When to use the transfer search
Use the transfer search to compare vehicle categories supported for your hotel and passenger count. The result only shows compatible choices for the selected route. Some hotels have a shuttle option while other categories require an operations quotation.
When a minivan is not enough information
Six passengers do not always travel with the same luggage. Let operations know about large suitcases, strollers, child seats or accessibility needs. A special request needs confirmation before payment; submitting a request does not reserve equipment.
Compare the same itinerary
Use the same hotel, direction, dates and group size when comparing prices. An arrival-only fare cannot be compared directly with a two-journey total. The exact resort name matters, including when two hotels share a brand or resort complex.
If you need a different arrangement
For VIP categories, a villa address or requirements outside the online offer, request an operations quote. The team must confirm the route, vehicle and final price. Do not select an unrelated hotel as a substitute for your actual destination.
